Over the course of my career, I've had the opportunity to help build and grow businesses, develop teams, serve customers and lead through change.

One lesson has stayed with me throughout all of it: people watch your feet.

I've always believed leadership starts there. Success follows when you surround yourself with good people, listen to customers, take responsibility for the outcome and consistently do the small things the right way.

Today, I'm bringing decades of experience in buildings, construction, service and leadership directly to homeowners. Whether I'm watching a home while someone is away, coordinating care or helping manage a project, the approach is the same: communicate clearly, pay attention to the details and take personal responsibility for the outcome.
